The all-new IMPACT-FOAM™ midsole combines with an EVA strobel plate and IMPACT-ALG™ insoles to provide unmatched impact protection and comfort without diminishing the feel of the plate. We also use our new 20% recycled RE/GRIP™ RUBBER for a lighter sole that's just as durable as regular rubber. To reinforce the suede upper, we added high-abrasion mesh panels that can resist grip while allowing airflow to your feet. And to last even longer, the Metric is constructed with SUPER STITCH threads and hot melt TPU overlays. Every detail of this shoe was designed for and by skaters… So when we say the Metric is “1000X More Skateable,” we mean it.
