The key thing with building boards for larger waves is experience and knowledge. It's just such a different playing field than average-size waves.
It's so important to understand just how essential it is to have what's needed to get onto the wave in the first place, and then to make it down the face intact and be able to cover enough ground across large open faces quickly enough before the lip karate chops you in half.
With a lifetime dedicated to pursuing the most challenging waves I could find, I have learned the hard way just how important these things are.
And this knowledge goes into every one of these that we build.
If you're needing a board for larger days, one of these is not going to disappoint you. Quite the opposite, actually.
Ride them from 6’10” to 9’0”.
